This suite of marketing materials showcase’s exclusive apartments at One Carroll Avenue development in Ferndown, Dorset. Tailored for a diverse spectrum of buyers; from professionals to down-sizers, investors, or those yearning for a second home near the coast, these residences offer an exquisite living experience. Each apartment exudes sophistication and functionality, promising a harmonious blend of contemporary design and practicality to meet various lifestyle needs.

PURPOSE:

The aim behind crafting high-end branded collateral was to showcase and endorse these upscale apartments, emphasising their commitment to fostering energy-efficient living. Each apartment comes complete with an allocated parking space, a cycle store, and meticulously landscaped communal gardens. Nestled in close proximity to Bournemouth, Poole, and the breathtaking Purbecks, these residences offer a particular lifestyle, providing convenient access to Bournemouth’s renowned blue flag beaches, the serene expanse of The New Forest, and even a championship golf course nearby. With the added advantage of being less than two hours away from London, these properties epitomise an enticing blend of luxury, convenience, and accessibility.

WHAT WE DID:

HWIT Creative undertook the task of fashioning the One Carroll Avenue brand identity, showcasing the premium nature of the properties. Our expertise extended to creating a comprehensive, full-colour 24-page brochure, detailing the luxurious advantages of the apartments and emphasising the remarkable natural beauty of the surrounding the area. Additionally, we designed and constructed a fully immersive website, offering a complete showcase of the property’s features. The development’s building site was also branded as a captivating visual, ensuring  attention of passersby and effectively highlighting the allure of the upcoming development.
