The one thing I can say about branding is that it’s a lot harder to do for your own agency! I’ve proven to be, probably, my toughest client (ha-ha). As a rule of thumb, I think it’s crucial to work within the parameters of the brand identity, but I also think it’s important to be open to change and to constantly assess where you think you are as a business. I do believe that branding is a constantly changing and evolving thing.
